OPAM for July.....

I've been kept busy this month working on two projects I was determined to finish for this month's OPAM..       Thanks Peg and Kris , you keep me on track each month...

First was a Wall Hanging " Fernhill "  designed by Lynette Anderson and you can see it HERE...

and the BIG finish was my " MONSTERS" designed by Toni from Red Boot Company....

I had sew much fun going through my fabrics to create each of these guys...

I quilted around each Monster , his teeth and then stippled each block.. Cross hatched the border blocks and did my favorite Strippy fabric for the binding....

After working on the two big projects I decided to make something quick  ... I needed some new hand towels to hang in the kitchen. The lovely Shez always makes fabulous Hand Towels and she did a tutorial that you can follow HERE.....

Nice and easy and I made two.....
Thanks Shez....

Happy Stitching...

Hugz  Maria..:)

  17. I love love love the monster quilt. The bright colors and cute monsters look great against the black and white backgrounds.

I pinned the towels. I've always liked that style because I'm tired of picking my kitchen towel off the floor.
